Thomson-Shore has discovered an issue with Indesign CS4 and PDF files.

Usually this is a problem with the naming of files, certain characters are illegal in naming conventions. We recommend avoiding the following characters: ? [ ] / \ = + < > : ; ” , * | ! @ # $ % `^ & . This includes names for fonts and graphics as well.
