Our secure Customer Service Web is now online and we are able to offer vastly improved access to many important customer resources such as an Online Request for Quote and Customer Status Reports. For your protection, this area utilizes retail-strength SSL encryption and site certificates supported by most current browsers.
New Online Spine Bulk Application
Our popular Spine Bulk Application has been rewritten to run completely over the web. You don't have to download it, install it, or update it. It can run on a Macintosh, PC or any other device with a modern web browser and a connection to the internet. This program replaces any other version of the Spine Bulk application you may have.
The Online Request for Quote (RFQ) has been completely updated, with improved options and context-sensitive help. The request form does not require a user login or password to request an estimate, however, existing customers who login to the Customer Service Web may choose the option of having their name and address information stored for future use.
Customer Status Reports are now available for online viewing and printing. Previously provided as hardcopy to our existing customers, these reports include a list of jobs in production, scheduled ship dates, items to come, and more. To access status reports, customers must login using their FTP username and password. If you do not have a username and password, please contact your Customer Care Representative for more information.
